The US has on Tuesday delivered a revised Proposal, which will extend the UN arms embargo (Ban On Weapon) on Iran indefinitely.
The new draft took into consideration the views of the Security Council
US Ambassador Kelly Kraft said the new draft has taken into consideration the views of the Security Council and done what everyone knows about what should happen – preventing Iran from freely buying and selling traditional weapons. Arms embargo to be extended.
Voting on new drafts may be held on FridayHe said that it is just normal that the number one sponsor of terrorism in the world has not been given any means to do more harm to the world. Security Council diplomats said that the revised draft could be presented in the final form on Thursday and it could be put up for voting on Friday.

However, this new proposal has not yet been made public. Diplomats said the revised draft is smaller than the original draft was delivered in June. Several provisions have been made in the draft which some diplomats may object to. It is noteworthy that in 2010 the United Nations banned Tehran for the purchase of a large foreign weapons system due to Iran’s nuclear program.
